Prognosis:
Given his age and the widespread of the prostate cancerous cells, the patient is not likely going to live to see his first grandchild to his first born daughter Bona. This is a fact and it has been communicated to his wife who is his next of kin with full consent from the patient.
 
Other relevant issues:
The patient is a President of the Republic of Zimbabwe and the only fit candidate that his party could nominate to stand for elections scheduled later this year.
 
Medical Advice:
The patient needs to be retired to enjoy the rest of his remaining few months of life, otherwise any activities to be carried out in future are deemed as acting against medical advice.
